Mingmin & Kevin’s Little Hills Wedding

We are honored to be a preferred vendor with Little Hills in San Ramon and so excited to share this particular wedding with you.

Why Little Hills Stands Out

There are a number of venues I love in the Bay Area that provide a gorgeous, natural atmosphere without straying too far from home. I'm so happy to finally add Little Hills to the list! It does just that, providing seclusion and privacy, surrounded by nature. And since it's right off of Bollinger Canyon in San Ramon, in Las Trampas, it's not far from things, making it convenient for you and your guests.

Little Hills is genuinely nature-focused and spacious, with tons of photo opportunities on the various lawns, logs, a variety of mature trees, and in the stunning event space itself. The charming tented reception space is adorned with soft bistro lights, beautifully blending rugged beauty with elegant event design. There are also three outdoor options for the ceremony, providing flexibility both for personal taste as well as the weather. Pictured below, you can see Mingming and Kevin's ceremony on one of these options: the Golden Plateau.

Mingmin & Kevin’s Celebration

Mingmin and Kevin fell in love not just with each other, but with this scenic locale. They said yes to a venue with breathtaking natural light, the Golden Plateau for the ceremony, and a versatile tented reception (appropriately named Tented Terrace). We captured romantic portraits throughout the entire area, under a canopy of towering trees and soft sun beams.

Working with the venue’s preferred vendors (including us!) made everything flow smoothly during their wedding planning. The in-house planning team handled setup, catering, bar service, and even cozy lounge furnishings. Having a capable team handle the details of the day really allowed me to focus on what I do best: capturing moments.

Some background on this adorable couple: Mingmin and Kevin’s romance started with a Tinder match in Taiwan, and culminated in a proposal on a boat in Singapore. Finally, they found a home together after living oceans apart. Photographing them exchanging vows amid those rolling hills and grand trees was a true highlight for me.
